Getting started

This page mirrors the Portuguese Primeiros passos, at a high level.

1. Create your account

Go to desk.cosmobots.io/app/auth/signup. You get a 3-day free trial of the Rocket plan, no credit card required.

2. Add an inbox

Inboxes are channels (WhatsApp, Web Chat, email, etc.). Configure under Settings → Inboxes → Add inbox.

3. (Optional) Connect a bot

Two options:

• Cosmoflow (V3) — visual flow builder. Recommended for structured journeys.
• AI Agent — LLM-based, answers freely from a knowledge base. Good for FAQ and product support.

Configure under Settings → Bots → Configure new bot, then connect it to an inbox in the inbox's settings.

4. Build a flow

If you picked Cosmoflow, open the bot → Flows tab → + New Flow to launch the visual editor. Drag blocks from the left, connect them, and Publish when ready.
